Within 48 hours of your snagging being carried out you will receive via email a PDF report outlining what issues we have found, in most cases with an accompanying picture of the snag and a brief description of what we believe the snag issue is.

Our snagging reports will use easy to understand industry terminology builders know. The easier it is to follow a report the quicker snags will get resolved. Our reports are in the PDF format a widely easily read digital format. There are no excuses not to be able to get our reported snags fixed.

Snagging Checklist

In the report we cover a visual inspection of internal and external works carried out in your new home or flat typically looking at:

• Windows
• Ceilings, walls and any wall tiling
• Kitchen and bathroom fittings
• Pipes, radiators and fireplaces
• Doors and frames
• Staircases
• Appliances
• Loft area
• Flooring
• General woodwork such as skirting boards and architraves
• Brickwork
• External pipes and outside drainage
• External paintwork
• Walls, fences and gates
• Drives and pathways
