Why Do I Need A Snagging Report For My New Home?
Unfortunately not all developers are as driven by customer satisfaction as they would have you believe, and sometimes the site team they have in place simply don’t understand or have the time to make sure that the finish is up to acceptable standards.
Headlines in national newspapers like these are common place:
“Black mouldstains, builders’ mugs left behind and leaks EVERYWHERE as buyers of new build homes reveal their property horrors”
“Family’s dream home becomes nightmare ‘house of horrors’ with ‘cracked walls, sinking stairs and water-logged garden”
“Dream homes turn into nightmares”
“Our new-build home dream fell through the cracks”
